Jeanne Lehrmann is among the most experienced and well-regarded residential appraisers in the Central Texas real estate community. Jeanne earned her Certified Residential appraiser’s license in 1992, when she began working at Bridgewood Properties, and has earned the respect of property owners, real estate agents, and mortgage lenders over her years of many years of service. Specializing in both urban and rural residential properties, her intimate knowledge of local market patterns has established Jeanne as a leading member of the Central Texas appraisal community. Jeanne has continued her education over her years in the profession and is well-versed in the latest techniques and appraisal philosophies.
Jeanne, who currently serves as Mayor Pro Tem of the City of Riesel, is a very active member of her community. She, along with her husband, Richard, have lived and raised their family in the City of Reisel for many years. Jeanne is a member of the CenTex Kennel Club and the Riesel Lions Club.
